Aberdeen Airport opened in 1934 and with the discovery of North Sea oil in 1967, soon became a major centre for helicopter activities linking oil rigs to the mainland, as well as business and leisure flights. Once you have booked either park and ride or meet and greet parking at Edinburgh Airport you will recieve a follow up email with self explanatory instructions on what to do on the dates you have booked. If you have booked meet and greet you will be required to ring the number provided in the email, if you have booked Park and ride you will be required to drive to the directions provided in the Email .
